WHY KŌDŌ LOVES:
Rich, Creamy & Delicious - A healthy, high protein bowl that is perfect for breakfast or when in need of a snack. The perfect combination of matcha, nuttiness and all the crunch! I find recipes like this the perfect, guilt-free way to still enjoy the sweet treats we love, without compromising on flavour.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup Coconut Yogurt
• Nut milk of choice to thin it out to desired silky consistency
- Try our Homemade Almond Milk
• 1 serving Vanilla Protein powder
• 1tsp matcha
- We love Matcha Union
Toppings:
• Nut butter of choice
- We love London Bruncher's Cashew Vanilla
• Cacao nibs
• Berries
• Sprinkle of Cinnamon
METHOD:
• In a small bowl, add Coco yogurt and a serving of Protein powder. Mix well.
• To thin out a bit, slowly pour in a splash of nut milk and continue mixing until its nice, creamy & smooth.
• Add in matcha
• Top up with berries, a drizzle of nut butter, cacao nibs for that crunch and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
• Pop in freezer for 5 mins - tastes even better! :)
