I find recipes like this the perfect, guilt-free way to still enjoy the sweet treats we love, without compromising on flavour.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups canned canned coconut milk (ensures its nice & thick :))
- We love Biona Organic
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1tbsp honey (adjust to liking)
• A few drops vanilla extract
Toppings (optional):
• Papaya
• Peanut Butter
• Cacao Nibs
• Sprinkle of Cinnamon
METHOD:
• In a container, add all the ingredients and mix well. Leave for a few minutes and then mix again to ensure all clumps are gona
• Cover the container and refrigerate for atleast an hour, allowing it to thicken.
• Top up with fruits of choice, we love papaya, cacao nibs for that crunch and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
