We hope you absolutely love anything your purchase from KŌDŌ, but in the case that you wish to request for a refund or exchange of an unused product, we will ask for proof that this is within 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase can be either a digital or physical receipt. If you do not have this, we would be pleased to organise an exchange with any of our other products of equal or higher value, with the difference paid. Please contact us to request this or for further support. 

To our knowledge there is no risk associated with using any of KŌDŌ’s fragrances in the manner we prescribe during pregnancy. Ofcourse, we always recommend speaking with your medical practitioner with any specific concerns you may have. 

It is always best to keep them in  a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
