Inspired by our comforting scent “Pick Me Up” – where dark chocolate melts into soft warmth and cozy moments., these muffins are soft, gooey and full of love – made with milk, white & dark chocolate. 🍫🧁🥛
INGREDIENTS:
• 90 g white chocolate
90 g milk chocolate
• 130 g dark chocolate
• 2 eggs
• 200 g milk
• 90 g sugar
• 70 g sunflower oil
• 10 g homemade vanilla sugar
• 250g flour
• 2½ tsp baking powder
METHOD:
• Chop milk and white chocolate, set aside.
• Chop dark chocolate and mix with eggs, milk, sugar, oil, cocoa, vanilla sugar & baking powder.
• Fold in all the chocolate pieces, fill into muffin tins and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
