When the scent of coffee meets hazelnut and instantly lifts you into a little moment of joy… this is our newest favourite drink!
Every sip carries the energy of KŌDŌ 'Pick Me Up‘ – sweet, lightly caramelised and utterly irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 10g instant coffee
- 25g coconut blossom sugar
- 30g hot water
- 1 tsp hazelnut cream
- Milk of choice
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Whip the coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl until a fluffy foam forms.
- Simply mix the hazelnut cream with the milk.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the hazelnut milk.
- Top with the whipped Dalgona coffee foam. Option to sprinkle some hazelnut pieces or cocoa powder on top for an extra indulgent touch
