Iced Dalgona Hazelnut Coffee

When the scent of coffee meets hazelnut and instantly lifts you into a little moment of joy… this is our newest favourite drink!

Every sip carries the energy of KŌDŌ 'Pick Me Up‘ – sweet, lightly caramelised and utterly irresistible.

Ingredients:

  • 10g instant coffee
  • 25g coconut blossom sugar
  • 30g hot water
  • 1 tsp hazelnut cream
  • Milk of choice
  • Ice cubes


Method:

  1. Whip the coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl until a fluffy foam forms.
  2. Simply mix the hazelnut cream with the milk.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the hazelnut milk.
  4. Top with the whipped Dalgona coffee foam. Option to sprinkle some hazelnut pieces or cocoa powder on top for an extra indulgent touch
  5. Take a moment to enjoy the aroma of Pick Me Up!
