Choco-Banane inspired banana bread… but make it baked oats.
Soft, chocolatey, naturally sweet and perfect for slow mornings.
Ingredients
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup oats
• 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 cup milk
Toppings
• Banana slices
• Chocolate chips
• Erythritol or stevia, to taste
• A pinch of cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Add the banana, oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, maple syrup, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
4. Top with banana slices, a light sprinkle of erythritol (or stevia) and cinnamon. Finish with chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
Let it cool slightly, grab a spoon, and enjoy your choco banana comfort bowl.
