Ingredients:
• 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
• 400g silken tofu
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• A touch of vanilla (from a vanilla pod or pure extract)
Instructions:
1. Gently melt the chocolate.
2. Blend the melted chocolate with silken tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a jar, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
4. Serve chilled. Optional: top with berries, shaved chocolate, hemp seeds or a sprinkle of sea salt.
