Chocolat Moose – inspired by our scent Pick Me Up

A mood-lifting dessert that’s as rich and comforting as the scent itself. This silky, plant-based mousse combines deep dark chocolate with the lightness of silken tofu - a guilt-free treat to energise your senses and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

400g silken tofu

3 tbsp maple syrup

A touch of vanilla (from a vanilla pod or pure extract)


Instructions:

1. Gently melt the chocolate.

2. Blend the melted chocolate with silken tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a jar, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

4. Serve chilled. Optional: top with berries, shaved chocolate, hemp seeds or a sprinkle of sea salt.
